Karachi: Notice of Loss of Share Certificates for Adamjee Insurance Company Limited

Adamjee Insurance Company Limited has issued a notification regarding the loss of share certificates belonging to Mr. Akhter Ehtesham Azami, reported on August 20, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company will issue duplicate certificates if no objections are raised within seven days from the publication of this notice.

The lost certificates include a total of 151 shares distributed across five certificates. Specifically, certificate numbers 1898 and 1899 account for 14 shares, numbered from 12295641 to 12295654. Certificate number 1900 covers 12 shares, from 12295655 to 12295666. Certificate number 1901 encompasses 72 shares, from 12295667 to 12295738, and certificate number 1904 includes 53 shares, from 12295739 to 12295791.

The exchange has been alerted to refrain from transacting these certificates to prevent unauthorized dealing and ensure the shareholder's rights are maintained until the matter is resolved.
