Karachi: Security Papers Limited has scheduled its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 25, 2024, at its registered office on Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi. The AGM will address several key issues, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, and the approval of a significant dividend payout.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company intends to approve the payment of a final cash dividend of Rs. 10.00 per share, culminating in a total dividend of Rs. 12.50 per share for the fiscal year, after including the 25% interim dividend already disbursed.
The agenda for the meeting includes the re-appointment of M/s. A. F. Ferguson and Co. as the company’s external auditors for the financial year 2024-25, with the audit committee having already endorsed this proposal.
