Islamabad: Pakistan Petroleum Limited has issued a notice regarding the loss of share certificates owned by Mr. Yasir Faiz, as reported on October 9, 2024. The company has notified the Exchange and the shareholders about the missing certificates and has cautioned against dealing in these shares until the issue is resolved.
Mr. Yasir Faiz, residing at House No. 9, Street No. 19, Sector-C, D.H.A., Phase-1, Islamabad, has reported the loss of share certificates totaling 808 shares across three categories. The details of the missing certificates include distinctive numbers 1838405978, 1712077942, and 2268183643 with certificate numbers 1838406216, 1712078180, and 2268183972 respectively. The total shares reported lost are as follows: 239 shares for the first two certificate sets and 330 shares for the third.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Pakistan Petroleum Limited has requested that the Exchange advise its members not to transact in these shares. The company has provided a seven-day window for any objections to be raised post-publication of this notice. If no objections are received, duplicate certificates will be issued to Mr. Faiz to mitigate the loss.
