Karachi: Cnergyico Pk Limited is set to hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Jasmine Hall, Beach Luxury Hotel in Karachi, on Thursday, October 24, 2024. The meeting, scheduled for 10:00 AM, will also be available through a video-link facility for participants unable to attend in person.

The agenda for the AGM includes several key points of business. Firstly, the company will confirm the minutes of the 29th Annual General Meeting held on October 27, 2023, and the Extraordinary General Meeting that took place on March 26, 2024. Secondly, the AGM will focus on the adoption of the audited unconsolidated and consolidated financial statements for the financial year that ended on June 30, 2024.
