Karachi: Tata Textile Mills Limited has announced that its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders will take place on October 22, 2024, at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan Auditorium in Karachi, with an option to join via video link. The agenda includes the adoption of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and the reappointment of the company’s auditors.

The primary item on the AGM's agenda is to receive, consider, and adopt the company's Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2024.
