Lahore: Interloop Limited, a prominent textile manufacturer, has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 24, 2024, at Lahore. According to the notice, the agenda includes the confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM, review and adoption of financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, and discussions on dividend distributions and board reappointments.
