Karachi: International Steels Limited (ISL) has appointed Mr. Samir M. Chinoy as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective October 15, 2024. The position became available following the resignation of former CEO Mr. Yousuf H. Mirza. The announcement was made in a letter addressed to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd., located on Stock Exchange Road in Karachi. This change in leadership is expected to be formally communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
