Lahore: First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (FTMM) has announced its 18th Annual Review Meeting (ARM) for certificate holders, set to take place on October 28, 2024, at Lahore.

The meeting, will cover several key agenda items, beginning with the confirmation of the minutes from the last ARM held on October 27, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), participants will review and adopt the annual audited accounts for the year ended June 30, 2024, including the directors’ and auditors’ reports. Another significant point of discussion will be the appointment of external auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The current auditors, M/S Rehman Sarfaraz Rahim Iqbal Rafiq & Co, Chartered Accountants, have expressed their intention to seek reappointment, with the meeting also set to finalize their remuneration.

FTMM has requested that details of the upcoming ARM be circulated among the TRE certificate holders to ensure necessary preparations and attendance.
