According to the annual report released on October 4, 2024, PPL's efforts have been channeled into expanding its presence in strategic sectors such as mining for minerals, where it has embarked on a joint venture for exploring and developing mineral resources in Chagai District, Balochistan, holding a 49% stake, with its partner holding the remaining 51%.
