Karachi: ICC Industries Limited has announced the adjournment of its Board of Directors meeting, initially convened on October 5, 2024, to finalize the approval of the company’s annual audited accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. The board has now rescheduled the meeting to take place on October 7, 2024.

The decision to adjourn the meeting came as the board was unable to conclude discussions on the annual accounts within the originally scheduled session.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the finalization of the annual accounts remains pending, and the market awaits the outcome of the rescheduled meeting.
