Karachi: Blessed Textiles Limited has scheduled its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 28, 2024. The meeting will take place at Karachi.
Shareholders are encouraged to participate and vote on various resolutions, including the ratification of related party transactions disclosed in the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024. The company aims to facilitate shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting in person by providing a proxy form.
