Lahore: Ghani Global Glass Limited has scheduled its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders on October 28, 2024. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Lahore.

The primary agenda includes the review and adoption of the company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. These statements are available for shareholder scrutiny on the company's official website and will be formally presented during the meeting.

Additional key points of discussion will be the reappointment of M/S Howsan Chartered Accountants as the company's auditors for the upcoming fiscal year. The firm, being eligible, has been recommended for reappointment by the company's board.
