Karachi: Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited has reported the loss of share certificates for a total of 1,000 shares, according to an official notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on October 9, 2024. The certificates, each representing 500 shares, were registered under the name of Mr. Muhammad Muneeb, with distinctive numbers 96945377 and 96945877.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the lost certificates bear the numbers 36573 and 36574. The notice, issued by FAMCO Share Registration Services (Pvt) Ltd., has advised market participants not to transact with these certificates. A public circulation among the exchange members has been initiated to ensure no dealings occur until new duplicates are issued, pending any objections within a seven-day period following the announcement.

The loss has been registered with all pertinent details to safeguard the interests of the shareholder and the market. Engro Powergen Qadirpur Limited, through its registrar, has assured that should there be no objections received, new certificates will be promptly issued to Mr. Muneeb.
