The notice dispatched to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited indicates that the meeting's focal points will include financial assessments and strategic discussions pertaining to the preceding quarter. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the adherence to formal procedures underscores the company's commitment to regulatory compliance and transparent governance.
Furthermore, Al-Zamin Modaraba has instituted a "Closed Period" from October 17 to October 24, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade company certificates. This restriction is in alignment with Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations, aiming to prevent any undue advantage or conflict of interest that could arise from the insider knowledge of the company's performance ahead of public disclosures.
