Karachi: EFU General Insurance Ltd has announced a rescheduling of its Board of Directors meeting initially set for October 30, 2024, in Karachi, which will also be accessible via video link. The meeting is intended to review and approve the company's Third Quarterly Accounts for the period ending September 30, 2024.

The company has declared a "Closed period" from October 22, 2024, to October 30, 2024, in compliance with Regulation 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. During this closed period, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly engage in trading the company's shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), EFU General Insurance Ltd has communicated the changes to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
