Karachi: Soneri Bank Limited has announced the closure of its register for Term Finance Certificate (TFC-III) holders from December 13 to December 26, 2024, inclusive, to facilitate the determination of the fourth profit payment. The payment, which is scheduled for December 26, 2024, will be made semiannually on the outstanding principal amount of TFC-III, exclusively through digital channels. According to the bank, only those TFC holders whose names are listed in the register at the close of business on December 12, 2024, will be eligible to receive the payment.

The bank has instructed that any transfers received at its Karachi Registrar and Share Transfer Agent office by the end of business on December 12, 2024, will be processed in time for entitlement. The instrument rating for TFC-III remains unchanged at A+ with a stable outlook, as affirmed by the Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA).

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the draft notice to TFC holders, both in English and Urdu, will be published in the Business Recorder and Nawa-e-Waqt on November 20, 2024, in accordance with PSX regulations. TFC holders are advised to promptly notify any changes to their registered addresses.
