Karachi: Idrees Textile Mills has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for November 27, 2024, in Karachi. The primary agenda of the meeting is to review and consider the quarterly accounts for the period ending September 30, 2024, and to deliberate on the declaration of any entitlements.

The company has also declared a closed period from November 20 to November 27, 2024, as per the requirements of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations section 5.6.1(d). During this period, no director, CEO, or executive will be allowed to deal in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this closed period is a standard practice to prevent insider trading and ensure transparency before significant corporate announcements are made.

The company has requested the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange to be informed of these developments accordingly.
