Lahore: Nishat Power Limited has credited a 20% interim cash dividend to its shareholders for the first quarter ended September 30, 2024. The Board of Directors approved the dividend, amounting to Rs. 2 per share, in a meeting held on October 30, 2024. The dividends were distributed electronically on November 20, 2024, directly into the bank accounts of shareholders who have submitted their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and valid International Bank Account Number (IBAN) details.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the dividend payments have been processed for those shareholders who have provided complete and accurate banking information. Those shareholders who have not yet submitted their valid CNIC or bank account details, or whose information is incomplete or incorrect, have not received their dividends. These shareholders are advised to contact the Company's Share Registrar, M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Private) Limited, in Lahore at [email protected] to provide the necessary information.

The company has issued a notice regarding the dividend credit for circulation among its shareholders, emphasizing the importance of accurate and complete information to ensure the timely receipt of dividend payments.
