TPL Trakker Limited Approves Key Resolutions at Annual General Meeting

Karachi: TPL Trakker Limited, a leading technology company, successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting on November 27, 2024. The shareholders passed several significant resolutions, aligning the company for its next fiscal year.

The meeting commenced with the approval of the minutes from the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 21, 2024. This resolution was passed without opposition, marking a continuity in the company's procedural operations.

Shareholders also received, considered, and adopted the company's Annual Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. These documents were presented alongside the Chairman's Review Report, and the Directors' and Auditors' Reports. The approval of these financial statements reflects shareholder confidence in the company’s financial health and governance.

In a notable change, the meeting saw the appointment of new auditors for the upcoming fiscal year. M/s. BDO Ebrahim and Co., Chartered Accountants, retired from their role, and M/s. Grant Thornton Anjum Rahman, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the new auditors. This decision was made based on the Board of Directors' recommendation, following the Audit Committee's advice. The appointment is effective for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, with remuneration to be mutually agreed upon.
