Lahore: Imperial Limited has scheduled its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for December 26, 2024, according to a formal notice issued to shareholders. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Lahore, and aims to address several key items on the agenda.

The ordinary business listed for the AGM includes the confirmation of the minutes from the last AGM, which occurred on October 28, 2023. Shareholders will also be presented with the opportunity to receive, consider, and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ending June 30, 2023. This will be accompanied by the Directors' and Auditors' Reports.
