Lahore: Pakistan Engineering Company Ltd. has announced a revision in the schedule of its forthcoming Annual General Meetings (AGMs). The meetings are planned to take place on February 17, 2025, at the company’s headquarters in Lahore.
Originally, the meetings were set to commence sequentially from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. However, the revised timings reflect an expedited schedule, with all five sessions now scheduled to conclude within a shorter timeframe. The 70th AGM will proceed as initially planned at 11:00 AM. Following this, the 71st AGM will begin at 11:10 AM, a shift from the previously scheduled 12:00 PM. The 72nd AGM will start at 11:20 AM instead of the original 1:00 PM. Furthermore, the 73rd AGM will occur at 11:30 AM, moving up from 2:00 PM, and the 74th AGM is now set for 11:40 AM, a change from the initial 3:00 PM slot.
These changes have been made to accommodate all necessary discussions efficiently within a compressed schedule. The company has requested that TREC holders of the exchange be informed about these modifications without delay.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), such changes are not uncommon as companies occasionally adjust meeting schedules to better fit organizational needs and stakeholder availability. The revised timing ensures that all stakeholders can participate effectively within the allocated timeframe.
