Rawalpindi: Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) has scheduled its 231st Board of Directors' meeting for January 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM, to be held at the FFC Head Office in Rawalpindi. The meeting will focus on reviewing the Annual Accounts for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2024. A primary agenda of the meeting is to decide on any potential entitlements for shareholders.

In compliance with regulations, FFC has announced a "Closed Period" from January 23, 2025, to January 29, 2025, as stipulated by Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Rule Book.
