Islamabad: Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. has reported significant share transactions executed by its directors and senior management. According to the report, Mr. Talmoor Shah, a Director at Shifa International Hospitals, engaged in two notable transactions. On January 31, 2025, Mr. Shah purchased 1,002 shares at a rate of 438.99 each, raising his cumulative shareholding to 154,813 shares, which constitutes 0.24% of the company's total shares. This was followed by another acquisition on February 3, 2025, when Mr. Shah bought 800 additional shares at a rate of 432.00 per share, increasing his total holdings to 155,613 shares, representing 0.25% of the company's shares.
Meanwhile, Mr. Rashid Javed, a member of the senior management team, executed a sale transaction. On February 4, 2025, Mr. Javed sold 348 shares at a rate of 422.59 per share, reducing his cumulative shareholding to 3,000 shares, effectively holding 0.00% of the company's stock.
