Lahore: On February 7, 2025, Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited announced significant changes in shareholdings following inheritance transactions involving key figures linked to the company. In another transaction, Executive Director Muhammad Ali Hassan acquired 101,880 shares via inheritance, raising his cumulative holding to 17.49 million shares, which constitutes 12.56% of the company's shares. Similarly, Amna Zaidi, spouse of Non-Executive Director Faraz Akhtar Zaidi, inherited 50,940 shares, resulting in a total holding of 10.24 million shares, equating to a notable 7.36% of the company's shares.
Additionally, minors under the guardianship of Shaukat Hassan, including Miss Eshaal Hassan and Miss Nawaal Hassan, each inherited 50,940 shares. This inheritance increased their individual shareholdings to 8.18 million shares each, representing 5.88% of the total shares.
