Bank of Khyber Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Key Agenda


Peshawar: The Bank of Khyber has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the bank’s head office, situated at BOK Tower, 24-The Mall, Peshawar Cantt. The primary focus of the meeting will be to address various agenda items that require the attention and approval of the Board.



The Bank has declared a “Closed Period” from February 14, 2025, to February 21, 2025. This measure is in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this timeframe, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the bank is permitted to engage in any form of trading or dealing with the bank’s shares, whether directly or indirectly.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Bank of Khyber has taken this step to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to maintain the integrity of its financial operations. The closed period is a standard practice to prevent any potential misuse of insider information which could occur when high-level meetings are scheduled.



The bank has also advised that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed about these developments. This compliance ensures transparency and upholds the ethical standards expected within the designated market category, namely the banking sector.
