Suspension of Trading in JS Bank Term Finance Certificate Announced

Karachi: JS Bank Limited has declared a temporary suspension of trading for its Term Finance Certificate, labeled as JSBLTFC4. This announcement comes as the bank prepares for its 6th profit payment on the mentioned certificate.

The bank has set the book closure period from February 21, 2025, to February 28, 2025, to facilitate the profit payment process. As a result, trading in the JSBLTFC4 will be suspended starting February 20, 2025, and will remain so until February 28, 2025. Trading activities are scheduled to resume on March 03, 2025, after the completion of the book closure period.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), JS Bank Limited made this decision to ensure a smooth transaction and settlement process for its stakeholders during the profit payment period.
