Lahore: Service Global Footwear Limited has disclosed a series of share transactions conducted by Omar Saeed, a Non-Executive Director of the company, according to a public notice issued on February 20, 2025. These transactions were executed under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4, which mandates disclosure of interest by directors and key stakeholders.

According to the disclosure, Omar Saeed engaged in multiple share sales over a period of several days. On February 14, 2025, Saeed sold 99 shares at a rate of 95.75 per share, bringing his cumulative shareholding to 1,455,402, representing 0.71% of the company's total shares.

Subsequently, on February 18, 2025, Saeed executed another sale, this time disposing of 64,904 shares. The transaction was conducted at a rate of 96.01 per share, resulting in a reduction of his cumulative shareholding to 11,390,498 shares, which constitutes 0.68% of the company’s total share capital.

On the following day, February 19, 2025, Saeed sold an additional 104,997 shares at a rate of 95.50 per share. This sale further decreased his cumulative shareholding to 1,285,501 shares, now accounting for 0.62% of Service Global Footwear Limited's total shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transactions were carried out in the designated market category labeled as "Ready."
