Lahore: Air Link Communication Limited has announced the cancellation of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) that was initially scheduled for March 27, 2025. This decision was taken by the company's Board of Directors via Circular Resolution No. 06/2025, dated March 18, 2025.
The Board's decision to withdraw the EOGM notice, originally issued on March 6, 2025, comes after careful consideration of shareholder feedback regarding a proposed share subdivision. The meeting was to be held at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore at 10:00 a.m. The board has decided that it is not appropriate to proceed with the proposed share subdivision at this time.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this cancellation also nullifies all agenda items that were to be discussed during the EOGM. Additionally, the book closure period, which was set from March 21, 2025, to March 27, 2025, has been cancelled with immediate effect.
