Karachi: A member of the senior management at Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited has sold a significant number of shares in the company, according to a disclosure filed under the Pakistan Stock Exchange's Regulation 5.6.4. The transaction involved the sale of 200,000 shares at a rate of 93.14 per share.

The sale was executed by Mohammad Abad Khan, a senior management official, through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market on April 8, 2025. The transaction is part of a regulatory requirement that mandates the disclosure of interests by directors, CEOs, executives, substantial shareholders, and their immediate family members, including spouses and minors.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this sale brings Khan's cumulative holding in the company to 495,499 shares, representing a cumulative percentage of 0.02% of the company's total shares.
