Karachi: Kohat Cement Company Limited has officially cancelled 12 million ordinary shares following a buy-back initiative, according to an announcement made on April 18, 2025. The Central Depository Company (CDC) confirmed the cancellation in a letter dated April 18, 2025, ensuring that the shares have been duly removed from the company's accounts. The revised figures have been communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange for their records.
