Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited announced the electronic crediting of an interim cash dividend amounting to Re. 0.55 per unit for the Dolmen City REIT. The dividend, representing 5.5% for the quarter, equates to an annualized rate of 22.0%. The credits were distributed to the designated bank accounts of unit-holders on April 22, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the dividend pertains specifically to the quarter ending on March 31, 2025. The move is part of the company's regular distribution schedule aimed at providing returns to its investors.

However, further dividend payments have been withheld for unit-holders who have not submitted valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) or Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs). This decision aligns with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. The withheld dividends will be addressed following the applicable laws and regulatory directives of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
