Lahore: ICC Industries Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on April 29, 2025, in Lahore. The agenda of the meeting includes the review of the company's quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2025, with the potential declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with Section 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, ICC Industries Limited has instituted a Closed Period from April 22, 2025, to April 29, 2025. During this time frame, no company directors, the Chief Executive Officer, or any executives are permitted to engage in transactions involving the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the notification also mandates that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed of the stipulated Closed Period as per regulatory requirements.
