Baluchistan: Baluchistan Wheels Limited has announced that it will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 17, 2025, at the company's registered office in Baluchistan. The meeting will focus primarily on ordinary business matters, including the confirmation of the minutes from the 44th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2024, and the election of nine directors for a new three-year term.
The current board members whose terms are set to expire include Mr. Anis Wahab Zuberi, Mr. Razak H.M. These members are eligible for re-election in accordance with the Companies Act of 2017.
The meeting will also provide an opportunity for the transaction of any other business that may arise, subject to the approval of the chair. The company has circulated the statement of material facts under section 166 (3) of the Act to its members in advance of the meeting.
