Mobilink Microfinance Bank’s PKR 2,000 Million Term Finance Certificates Listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange

Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has officially announced the listing of Rated, Unsecured, Privately Placed Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) valued at PKR 2,000 million issued by Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited. This listing will take effect from Thursday, May 22, 2025, under the provisions of Chapter 5C of the PSX Rule Book, specifically addressing "Privately Placed Debt Securities' Listing Regulations." Trading of these TFCs is scheduled to commence on Friday, May 23, 2025, using the PSX's trading platforms, with the settlement process managed through the National Clearing Settlement System (NCSS) on a T+1 basis.

The TFCs, which have a tenure of up to seven years from the issue date, are set to offer investors a floating coupon rate pegged at six-month KIBOR plus an additional 210 basis points. JS Bank Limited has been appointed as the Security Agent for this issuance. In accordance with Chapter 5C of the PSX Rule Book, trading in these TFCs is restricted to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs). Each certificate carries a face value of PKR 100,000, forming the market lot for trading purposes.
