Karachi: Pak Datacom Ltd. has disclosed noteworthy transactions involving its non-executive director, Muhammad Waheed, who has recently sold a significant number of shares over three consecutive days in May 2025.

According to the company's official records, Waheed initiated the transactions by selling 15,000 shares on May 27, 2025, at a rate of 194.35 per share. This sale reduced his cumulative holding to 240,000 shares, representing 2.02 percent of the company's total shares.

Subsequently, on May 29, 2025, Waheed continued to decrease his stake by selling an additional 40,000 shares at a higher rate of 213.79 per share. This transaction further reduced his cumulative holding to 200,000 shares, or 1.69 percent of the total shares.

On the following day, May 30, 2025, Waheed completed his series of sales by selling another 20,000 shares, this time at a rate of 235.24 per share. This final transaction left him with a cumulative holding of 180,000 shares, equating to 1.52 percent of the company's shares.

The transactions were executed through the Central Depository Company (CDC), as per regulatory requirements. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these disclosures are in line with the PSX regulations 5.6.4, which mandates transparency in the dealings of company directors and key stakeholders.
