On June 2, 2025, Mr. Pakhali, whose CNIC number is 42301-0836497-1, executed a buy transaction for 4,976 shares of Trust Modaraba. The average rate per share for this transaction was reported at 6.10. Following this purchase, Mr. Pakhali's cumulative shareholding in Trust Modaraba stands at 14,163,859 shares, representing 47.53 percent of the total shares.
