On June 5, 2025, Nauman Rathore, a substantial shareholder of the company, acquired 7,811 shares at a rate of 31.76 per share. This transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 5,549,675 shares, translating to a 48.94% holding in the company.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Muhammad Javed Amin, a non-executive director, sold 48,000 shares at a price of 28.75 per share on June 4, 2025. This sale reduced his cumulative shareholding to 742,076 shares, representing a 6.54% stake in the company.
In a separate transaction, Shahana Javed Amin, also a non-executive director, divested 6,000 shares at a rate of 31.70 per share on June 5, 2025. Her cumulative shareholding now stands at 123,500 shares, which constitutes 1.09% of the company.
