Karachi: Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) has announced its Board of Directors meeting, set for June 17, 2025, in Karachi. The meeting agenda includes reviewing the company's quarterly accounts for the period ending September 30, 2024, and considering the declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, SSGC has instituted a "Closed Period" from June 10, 2025, to June 17, 2025. During this time, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, no director, CEO, managing director, or executive of the company is permitted to directly or indirectly engage in trading the company's shares.
