Karachi: Trading in the shares of M/s. Nirala MSR Foods Limited will continue to be suspended, following the company's failure to address several regulatory non-compliances. The decision, effective June 18, 2025, was confirmed through a notice from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The suspension stems from the company's inability to comply with specific clauses of the PSX Regulations, including the failure to hold Annual General Meetings, submit annual audited accounts, and settle dues with the Exchange. Additionally, a winding-up petition has been filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) against the company in court.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the decision to extend the suspension is a result of the company's ongoing non-compliance with regulatory requirements. The suspension will remain in effect until the company rectifies these issues or for another period of 60 days, as per the notice issued on June 17, 2025.
The decision was made under the powers conferred by Sub-Section (7) of Section 19 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.11 of the PSX Regulations. The designated market category for Nirala MSR Foods Limited remains unchanged as the company works towards resolving the regulatory concerns.
