Karachi: A recent disclosure from First Elite Capital Modaraba revealed that Muhammad Javed Amin, a Non-Executive Director, executed a series of share sales. On June 13, 2025, Muhammad Javed Amin sold 3,600 shares at a rate of 37.99 per share in the ready market. This sale resulted in a cumulative holding of 727,676 shares, representing 6.42% of the total shares.

Subsequently, on June 17, 2025, Amin sold an additional 1,070 shares at 36.00 per share. This transaction brought his cumulative holding to 726,606 shares, accounting for 6.41% of the company’s shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the sales represent a minor move, as the cumulative percentage change in Amin's shareholding is relatively modest.
