Alfalah Asset Management Concludes Rebalancing of Consumer Index ETF

Karachi: Alfalah Asset Management Limited has completed the rebalancing of its Alfalah Consumer Index ETF (ACIETF) portfolio. This procedural update follows the company's previous communication dated July 07, 2025, and aligns with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, along with Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations and the Offering Document of ACIETF.

The rebalancing activity, which is a key step in ensuring that the ETF accurately reflects the current market conditions and underlying asset values, was concluded recently. Effective from July 09, 2025, the indicative Net Asset Value (iNAV) dissemination will accurately represent the true value of the ACIETF's underlying basket. This measure ensures that investors have access to precise and updated information, reflecting the ETF's real-time market value.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the reallocation is part of a routine adjustment that ETFs undergo to align with market changes and maintain the integrity of the index they track. The management has informed the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange regarding the completion of this rebalancing activity.

The Alfalah Consumer Index ETF is designed to mirror the performance of the consumer sector, offering investors exposure to this segment of the market. The rebalancing process is crucial for maintaining the ETF's objective, ensuring it continues to meet its investment goals and deliver value to its shareholders.
