Karachi: First Elite Capital Modaraba has reported recent share transactions involving key company figures, according to a disclosure pursuant to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The disclosure includes trades conducted by non-executive directors and their family members.

On July 28, Muhammad Javed Amin, a non-executive director, purchased 1,500 shares at a rate of 34.80 per share. This transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 723,810 shares, representing a holding of 6.38%.

Shahana Javed Amin, also a non-executive director, engaged in multiple sale transactions over a span of days. On July 24, she sold 2,200 shares at 36.26 per share, reducing her cumulative shareholding to 84,550 shares, or 0.75%. The following day, July 25, she sold an additional 3,100 shares at a rate of 35.07 per share, further decreasing her cumulative shares to 81,450, equating to 0.72%. On July 28, she sold 3,650 shares at a rate of 34.86 per share, bringing her total holdings down to 77,800 shares, or 0.69%.
