The Independent Category candidates are Mr. Muhammad Tabassum Munir, Mr. Muhammad Saleem Ahmad Ranjha, and Ms. Mehr Saleem.
The elections are set to proceed as scheduled, and the newly elected directors will take their positions following the Extraordinary General Meeting. They will be responsible for appointing the Chief Executive Officer from among the Executive Directors, a position to be filled by the elected members of the Board.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the formal election process is considered complete, given the current number of candidates aligns with the fixed number of directors. This procedural adherence ensures compliance with corporate governance requirements as stipulated by the Companies Act.
