Karachi: Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Usman Ahmed Chaudhry as an Ex-Officio Director on its Board. This decision follows the nomination by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division). Mr. Chaudhry, who is the Additional Secretary (Admn) in the Petroleum Division, takes over the role from Mr. Momin Agha. His appointment was effective as of August 13, 2025. The company made this announcement on August 15, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), SSGCL operates within the designated market category of utility services.
