Lahore: The Board of Directors of Zahidjee Textile Mills Limited has approved the annual audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025. The board meeting took place on October 6, 2025, at the company’s head office in Lahore. According to the announcement, there will be no cash dividends, bonus shares, or right shares distributed to shareholders this year, and no other entitlements or corporate actions have been declared.
The financial results indicate significant growth in both non-current and current assets. The company reported non-current assets of 19.18 billion rupees, compared to 15.65 billion rupees in the previous year.
