Karachi: TPL Properties Limited has reported a series of substantial share transactions executed by one of its directors. According to a disclosure made in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, Muhammad Ali Jameel, a director at TPL Properties Limited, engaged in multiple buy and sell transactions on October 31, 2025.
The transactions involved the buying and selling of a total of 7,000,000 shares. Initially, Jameel purchased 2,500,000 shares at a rate of Rs. 10.19 each and subsequently sold the same number of shares at Rs. 10.04. Following this, he acquired an additional 4,500,000 shares at Rs. 10.28, and sold the equivalent amount at Rs. 10.01. These shares were transacted in the future market in CDS form.
The company clarified that the purpose behind these sell transactions was to raise financing, with the shares being bought in the future market. Muhammad Ali Jameel's shareholding stands at 37,867,431 shares, representing 6.75% of the total.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions are part of routine compliance and will be reviewed in the upcoming Board meeting. The meeting will examine any noncompliance issues as per clause No. 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, with outcomes to be communicated accordingly.
