Lahore: Kohinoor Industries Limited has disclosed significant transactions involving its top executives, as reported on November 21, 2025. The transactions were executed under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4, indicating a marked increase in the shareholdings of M. Zeid Yousuf Saigol, the CEO, and M. Murad Saigol, a Director of the company.

According to the details, M. Zeid Yousuf Saigol, the CEO of Kohinoor Industries, acquired 462,892 shares at a rate of 40 per share through electronic settlement on November 21, 2025. This transaction brought his cumulative shareholding to 465,403 shares, reflecting a 1.54% increase, classified as a big move in the market.

Similarly, M. Murad Saigol, a Director of the company, executed a purchase of 2,287,108 shares, also at a rate of 40 per share through electronic settlement on the same day. This transaction elevated his total shareholding to 2,289,608 shares, resulting in a 7.56% increase, marking a very large or significant move.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the executed transactions by the company's executives will be presented by the Company Secretary at the upcoming Board of Directors meeting. Additional regulatory measures dictate that if the holding period for these transactions is less than six months, any profit must be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as stipulated under Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015. Furthermore, Kohinoor Industries is required to update the transaction details in the Unique Identification Number (UIN) Management System through the PUCARS Portal immediately.
