Lahore: Treet Battery Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting set for June 11, 2026, at 12:00 P.M., which will take place both at the company’s registered office in Kot Lakhpat, Lahore, and online. The meeting is intended to discuss the post-election compliance requirements, as per the company’s report dated June 5, 2026.

In accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, Treet Battery Limited has instituted a “Closed Period” from June 5 to June 11, 2026, inclusive of both days. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company is permitted to engage in share dealings, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the implementation of such a closed period is mandated under Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations to ensure compliance and transparency in the company’s operations during sensitive times.

The company has requested that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be duly informed about the closed period restrictions and the upcoming board meeting.
