Karachi: K-Electric Limited has announced the book closure dates for the Rated Unsecured & Retail Listed Shirkat-ul-Aqd Sukuk, marking a significant development for stakeholders. Transfer requests must be received at CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located at CDC House, 99-B, Block "B", S.M.C.H.S, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), requests submitted by the close of business on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, will be considered timely for processing profit/rental payments to the transferees.
