Karachi: Sapphire Fibres Limited has announced that it will hold an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on July 20, 2026. The meeting is scheduled to take place at 11:00 a.m. in Theatre Hall "A" at the Institute of Business Administration's City Campus, located on Garden Kiyani Shaheed Road, Karachi.

The key agenda for this meeting includes the confirmation of the minutes from the last general meetings and the election of nine directors for a term of three years.
